Indian Head and Twin 10/10/2009

Donna’s first hike after knee surgery, Steve Crom and Murray
also were there.  We hikes 8.6 miles in 5 hours 58 minutes for a average
speed of 1.4 mph.  Total elevation gain of 2329 feet
